B5 2026 Residency Proposal — Closed

The B5 2026 Residency is now closed. This program offers an opportunity for bold, site-specific artistic exploration within one of the Northwest’s most dynamic creative spaces. Designed for artists eager to push the boundaries of their practice and engage the public, the residency provides:

  • A two- to five-week program within our 5,000-square-foot space

  • A $1,000 Dengerink Creative Stipend

Exhibition Proposals & Space Rental

  • Propose an exhibition or creative project and bring your vision to life at Building 5—a space built for experimentation, collaboration, and bold ideas. From site-specific installations to immersive public experiences, we welcome projects that challenge boundaries and spark dialogue.

  • Rent Building 5 for your event, project, or production and tap into the energy of one of Portland’s most inspiring creative spaces. With 5,000 square feet of natural light and industrial character, the space offers a striking backdrop for performances, film shoots, workshops, and gatherings of all kinds.
